Anatolii Kostiantynovych Bezbatko was a Ukrainian artist and graphic artist. He was born in Novomoskovsk in 1938 and received his art education at the Rostov-on-Don Art School. He improved his art education at the Vera Mukhina Leningrad State Art School, specializing in "Graphics". He worked in both painting and graphic techniques, creating book illustrations, bookplates, and posters. He lived in Mariupol. He was a member of the UNESCO Federation of Artists since 1990. Selected works (painting): "Self-portrait", "Landscape", "Self-portrait with Granddaughter"; graphic series: "Through Thorns to the Stars", "Native Azov", and others. He died in 1998. His works are kept in various museums of Ukraine and private collections.

On a sunbeam — Icarus with drooping wings. In front of him — a rectangular frame, which edges bear an ornament with the inscribed word "IKAR." At the top right — a stylized depiction of a road and fields. At the bottom left — birds. Beneath the image at the right — the author's signature and the date: 69.
