Vladas Vilo Parshyn is a Russian artist. Born in 1954 in Vilnius (now Lithuania), he graduated from the V. Surikov Moscow State Art Institute (1978). Starting in 1983, he has been a member of the Russian Art Gallery. He works in the field of easel painting, creating portraits, landscapes, and genre paintings. Starting in 1978, he has participated in Moscow, republic, all-Union, and international exhibitions. His works are in some museums in the post-Soviet space and in private collections in Russia, Austria, France, and the USA.
