Anatolii Kostiantynovych Bezbatko was a Ukrainian artist and graphic artist. He was born in Novomoskovsk in 1938 and received his art education at the Rostov-on-Don Art School. He improved his art education at the Vera Mukhina Leningrad State Art School, specializing in "Graphics". He worked in both painting and graphic techniques, creating book illustrations, bookplates, and posters. He lived in Mariupol. He was a member of the UNESCO Federation of Artists since 1990. Selected works (painting): "Self-portrait", "Landscape", "Self-portrait with Granddaughter"; graphic series: "Through Thorns to the Stars", "Native Azov", and others. He died in 1998. His works are kept in various museums of Ukraine and private collections.

The image is divided into two parts. On the left, on a dark background — a view from behind of three men seated at a table in long robes. Above them — a man with bent knees; on his outstretched arms there are pieces of chains. The right part is light. It depicts a view of contemporary Moscow. At the bottom — the inscription: "And the delightful city, which is named after the Sun, now I wholeheartedly dedicate to you."
