Anatolii Kostiantynovych Bezbatko was a Ukrainian artist and graphic artist. He was born in Novomoskovsk in 1938 and received his art education at the Rostov-on-Don Art School. He improved his art education at the Vera Mukhina Leningrad State Art School, specializing in "Graphics". He worked in both painting and graphic techniques, creating book illustrations, bookplates, and posters. He lived in Mariupol. He was a member of the UNESCO Federation of Artists since 1990. Selected works (painting): "Self-portrait", "Landscape", "Self-portrait with Granddaughter"; graphic series: "Through Thorns to the Stars", "Native Azov", and others. He died in 1998. His works are kept in various museums of Ukraine and private collections.

On the right standing in profile, a bearded man is depicted with his arms folded on his chest. On the hem of his garment there are the letters: GALILEOGALI. Opposite him, on the left, three people sit at a table; on the table there is a crucifix. Below, on the left, there is a pile of Galileo’s astronomical instruments.
