Volodymyr Mykhailovych Belskyi is a Ukrainian artist and member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1977. Born on April 7, 1949 in Vinnytsia, he graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute in 1973. Among his teachers in the specialty were V. Zabashta, T. Holembiievska, and V. Shatalin. He worked in the field of easel painting. He participated in art exhibitions since 1973. Among his works are "On Mamayev Kurgan" (1975), "Evening Landscape" (1976), "Friends" (1978), and others. His works are kept in the National Art Museum of Ukraine, and in many museums of Ukraine, as well as in private collections in Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, and the USA.
