Borys Leonidovych Tulin was a Ukrainian graphic artist. He was born on August 22, 1938 in Kyiv. From 1957 to 1963 he studied at the I. Fedorov Ukrainian Polygraphic Institute in Lviv. His teachers were V. Fvorostetskyi, M. Ivanov. He worked in the field of book and easel graphics. Member of the Union of Artists of the Ukrainian SSR (1966). Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1985). People's Artist of Ukraine (1998). Among his works are series "From the History of Bulgaria" (1968 to 1970), "Dreams on a Moonlit Night", "History of Kyiv" (1982-2001), "From Idols to Idols" (1989). He participated in republic exhibitions starting in 1966, all-Union and foreign - starting in 1967. His works are in museums and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. Lived and worked in Kyiv and died in 2014.
