Yusef Akhmad Fatkhi is an artist, graphic artist. Born in 1954 in Saudi Arabia. He worked in the field of easel and book graphics in the techniques of engraving, engraving on cardboard, creating thematic paintings on political topics. He worked actively in the 1970s. The source of his works to the Mariupol Museum of Local Lore is unknown.

In the center of the sheet, behind coils of barbed wire, on their knees, four men stand in dark trousers and light shirts with their hands tied behind their backs and blindfolded. At the lower left: "Fate of the Patriots". On the right - the author's signature, 1987.
