Anatolii Nykanorovych Syvak was a Ukrainian graphic artist. He was born in 1930 in Donetsk. He studied at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (1964-1970). He worked in the genre of bookplates, book graphics, and watercolors. He created 992 bookplates. He was engaged in book illustration. In 1997 he published a miniature book "In Memory of Volodymyr Vysotskyi". He participated in numerous international exhibitions (over 100). He lived and worked in Mariupol. He died in 2001.

The sheet depicts a building of ancient architecture. At the top the inscription: "350 years RAWICZ", the town's coat of arms. At the bottom the inscription: "EX-LIBRIS M. RAWICZ" and the author's signature.
