Ivan Yehorovych Vlasenko was a painter. Born in 1925, he learned from his fellow artists: O. Kechedzhi, O. Yanin, L. Hadi, and L. Kuzminkov. He worked in the landscape genre. The images of nature in Vlasenko's works are distinguished by their epic scope. He participated in regional (from 1957) and city (from 1954) exhibitions. His paintings are kept in the Mariupol Museum of Local Lore. He lived in the city of Mariupol and passed away in the late 1970s.
