Viktor Hryhorovych Sevastianov was a Ukrainian painter. He was born on July 1, 1923 in Odesa. In 1947 he graduated from the Odesa Art Institute. His teacher by specialty was M. Todorov. He worked in the field of easel painting. He was a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1963). He participated in republic and all-Union exhibitions starting in 1958. His main works include "Donetsk-Komsomolska" (1958), "On the Highway" (1963), "On the Land of Taras" (1963 to 1964)", "On the Border" (1965). The artist's works are kept in museums and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. He lived and worked in Kyiv. He died on September 2, 1993.
