Natalia Oleksiivna Pokataieva is a Ukrainian artist and painter. She was born on April 29, 1947 in the city of Riesa, Germany. She graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute (1972, M. Khmelko's workshop). From 1974 to 2015, she worked as a painter of the creative and production association "Artist" (Kyiv). Pokataieva's main genres are landscape and genre painting. The leading theme of her works is human labor. She is the author of a number of industrial landscapes. Starting in 1972, she participated in regional, all-Ukrainian and all-Union art exhibitions. Among her works: "On the Square" (1972), "To School" (1973), "Morning. Kanivskaya Hydro-Electric Station" (1974), "Sedniv" (1976), "New House" (1977), and others. Some of her works are kept in local history and art museums of Ukraine.
