Kostiantyn Ivanovych Moskovchenko was a Ukrainian painter and graphic artist. Born on October 19, 1914 in the village of Sachkovichi (Bryansk region), he graduated from the Mykolaiv Art School (1934). His teachers by profession were D. Krainev and M. Ivanov. He was a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (1964). Moskovchenko worked in the field of easel painting and easel graphics. His main works include “Fog” (1957) and “Ship Cook” (1961), the graphic series “Shipbuilding Kherson” (1967), and others. He participated in republic exhibitions starting in 1967. Moskovchenko lived and worked in Kherson. He died in 2004 in Kherson.

Original. In the foreground is a green meadow, separated from the hilly riverbank (a small section is visible on the left) by a strip of trees and shrubs. In its centre are stylised figures of a man and a girl. Half of the image is occupied by the cloudy sky. In the lower left corner is the artist’s signature and an shortened date "71". Along the entire vertical of the left edge of the landscape, imprints of a foreign branded mark can be seen.
