Stanislav Havrylovych Shynkarenko was a Ukrainian painter. He was born on November 17, 1922 in the village of Rozdol (Holovanivskyi district, Kirovohrad region). He graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Art School (1955). His teachers were M. Pohribniak, V. Kushnir, and I. Fedorenko. Member of the Union of Soviet Artists of Ukraine (1961). He worked in the field of easel painting - thematic painting, portrait, still life. He participated in republic exhibitions starting in 1958, in all-Union exhibitions - starting in 1961. Among his works are "Incursion" (1960), "People of Communist Labor" (1961), "First Snow" (1963), "Nurse" (1969), "Kyiv Rus" (1970 to 1971), "Ivan Sirko" (1976). His works are kept in museums of Ukraine, private collections in Ukraine and abroad. He lived in Zaporizhia. He died on June 4, 1991.
