Tiberii Yosypovych Silvashi is a Ukrainian abstract artist. He was born on June 13, 1947 in the city of Mukachevo, Transcarpathian region. He studied at the Kyiv republic Art School named after T. Shevchenko (1962 to 1966), the Kyiv State Art Institute (1965 to 1972) (course of T. Yablonska). Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (starting in 1978). Founder and ideologist of the art group "Picturesque Reserve". One of the founders of the group "Alliance 22". Leader of the school of modern Ukrainian neo-abstraction. The artist's works are in state and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. Lives and works in Kyiv.

Original. Near the bottom edge of the painting, there is a straight strip of roadway with white markings. Pedestrian paths extend from the road into the depth of the composition. In the middle ground, against the backdrop of the low red sky, tree branches are visible on the left and the outlines of urban buildings and churches on the right. In the lower right corner, there is the artist’s signature and the date "78".
