The painting has become darkened and dirty. Scratches, cracks. The board is damaged by the shashel. Bottom corners are broken. The key in the center has come off.

Item description from the inventory book:
Depicted at three-quarter height, facing left, against the background of a tower with a spherical dome and three windows. In the right hand there is a communion cup, in the left is a staff or sword (?). On the head there is a red crown decorated with stones. The dress is red with black sleeves, trimmed with white, green and yellow stripes around the throat and crosswise at the front. The cloak is red. The face is light: large, slightly slanted eyes, rosy cheeks. The hair is parted and combed smoothly. A yellow halo made of two concentric circles. Above the halo there is the text: S. great. Barbara". The background is dark green. The edge of the icon is surrounded by a thin yellow stripe. The board is solid, curved, with one back dowel.
