Vladyslav Albertovych Makhotin was a Ukrainian painter. He was born on April 23, 1962 in the city of Zhdaniv (now Mariupol) and graduated from the Rostov Art School (1982), where his teacher by specialty was H. Mykhailov. He created landscapes and still lifes. A member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1993), he participated in regional, republic, all-Union and international (since 1987) exhibitions. His main works include "Venice", "Seaside Courtyard" (1986), "Spring in the Park", "Memories of Autumn", "Workshop and Artist", "Empty Street" (1987), "Venetian Night" (1991), "Still Life with a Jug" (1993), and the series "Still Lifes" (1990s). He lived and worked in the city of Mariupol.
