Yevhen Petrovych Skorlupin was a Ukrainian painter. He was born on July 18, 1940 in the city of Heorhiievsk, Stavropol Territory. He spent his childhood in Mariupol. He graduated from M. Hrekov Rostov Art School. His teacher was T. Teriaiev. He was engaged in easel painting and monumental and decorative art. Master of urban and industrial landscape. Participant of exhibitions starting in 1970 and a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine from 1992. Honored Artist of Ukraine (from 2018). His works are kept in museums and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. He lived and worked in Mariupol and died in 2022.
