Oksana Dmytrivna Pylypchuk is a Ukrainian artist and teacher. She is a Candidate of Technical Sciences and an Associate Professor of the Design Department of the National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. Born on March 30, 1977 in Zhdaniv (now Mariupol, Donetsk region, Ukraine), she graduated in 2000 from the Kharkiv Art and Industrial Institute with a degree in "Painting" (with honors). In 2003, she graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture with a degree in "Fine and Decorative and Applied Arts". Pylypchuk works in the field of easel painting, graphics, and monumental and decorative art. She has been a member of the National Academy of Arts and Crafts starting in 2000. She is a participant of city, all-Ukrainian, and international (Holland, Japan) art exhibitions. Among her works are "Self-portrait" (1994), "Where Time Takes on Weight..." (2004), "Mediterranean" (2008), "The Birth of Venus" (2009), "Forest Nymph" (2008), "Sea Maiden" (2009), and others. His works are in state institutions and private collections in Ukraine and foreign countries: Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, USA, Japan, and Italy. They were also kept in the Mariupol Museum of Local Lore.

The central part depicts six stone statues against the background of a feather-bed steppe. In the foreground there is a bust image of a woman in a yellow dress. In the background birds are soaring against a dark sky. Color combination: shades of green, gray, brown, black. Light brown frame. Stretcher with a central jumper. Signature at the bottom left: "Pylypchuk O. 98". Inscription at the top left: "Pylypchuk Oksana Dmitrievna, born 1977 "Silence of Eternity", 1998 canvas/oil, 94x95 cm, Kyiv". Top right: "PR".
