Volodymyr Viktorovych Kharakoz is a Ukrainian painter, graphic artist. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1992). Honored Artist of Ukraine (2019). Activist of the Greek national movement. Born on January 20, 1949 in Zhdaniv (now Mariupol, Donetsk region, Ukraine). He received his primary art education at the Ivanovo Art School (graduated in 1975). In 1983 he graduated from the Estonian State Art Institute (modern Estonian Academy of Arts). His teachers in the specialty were Vello Asi, Aulo Padar. One of the organizers of the creative association of artists "Mariupol-87". Representative of the Mariupol association of artists "KharBarBond" (Volodymyr Kharakoz, Serhiy Barannyk, Oleksandr Bondarenko). One of the initiators of the first in the history of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine All-Ukrainian exhibition of abstract painting in Kyiv (2015). Diploma winner of the All-Ukrainian Triennial of Painting (2013) and Graphics (2015). His works were exhibited at city, regional, all-Ukrainian exhibitions and abroad. Personal exhibitions: Mariupol (2008, 2009, 2019), Kyiv (2016), Sumy (2021). Selected works: "Action on the Plane" (1992), "Words" (1998), "Melancholy" (2000). Paintings are in museums and private collections in Ukraine, Greece, Italy, Canada, USA, Finland, France.

Depicts a city street. Image of three cars and a tree against the background of multi-storey buildings. Color scheme: shades of yellow, brown, blue, gray. White frame. On the reverse side in the upper right corner there is an inscription: "Kharakoz V.V. "Istanbul" P/acrylic 60x80 Mariupol 2010".
