Tyshkevych Hryhorii Antonovych is a Ukrainian painter. He was born on October 24, 1940 in the city of Zaporizhzhia. He graduated from the Kharkiv Art Institute (1967). Teachers by specialty: S. Biesiedin, M. Pavliuk. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1970). He worked in the genres of thematic painting, portrait, still life, landscape. Participant of more than 150 republic, all-Union, international exhibitions. Honored Artist of Ukraine (1985). People's Artist of Ukraine (2012). His main works include "Poet" (1967), "Poems" (1968), "With Those Who Went Out to Build" (1974), "In Czechoslovakia" (1976 to 1989), "Sviatohiria" (1990-2010). The artist's works are kept in museums and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. He lived and worked in the city of Donetsk.

Winter landscape. In the center of the composition there is a well, near it are people, a horse-drawn sleigh. On the left in the foreground there is a fence with bushes covered with snow. In the background - a long blank fence, behind which trees and village buildings can be seen. Further on, the mountains are barely darkening. Block lettering. On the reverse: "art. Tyshkevych H.A. "At the well" oil on canvas 49.5 x 59.5 2010." On the stretcher: "to the Kuindzhi memorial."
