Olena Oleksandrivna Pavlova is a Ukrainian artist and member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine from 1987. Born on December 24, 1946 in the city of Chernyakhivsk, Kaliningrad region (now Russia), she graduated in 1970 from the Luhansk (Voroshylovhrad) State Art School. Her teachers by specialty were T. Shevchenko, D. Fulidi, and H. Didura. She worked in the field of decorative and applied arts, and currently works in easel painting (starting in 1987). She has been a participant of regional and all-Ukrainian exhibitions. Her personal exhibitions were held in Donetsk (1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999) and Makiivka (1997). She was a laureate of republic competitions. Pavlova received gratitude from the Verkhovna Rada for participation in the exhibition on the nature and history of the Kamiani Mohyly reserve (1997). Among her works are "Tender World" (2007), "Mistress of the Reserve Steppe" (2007), "John Hughes" (2007), and others. Her works are in museums of Ukraine, Russia and in private collections in Holland and Germany.
