Andrii Fedorovych Kutana is a Ukrainian painter, graphic artist, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, member of the Creative Association of Artists of Ukraine "Inspiration", and member of the League of Greek Cultural Figures "Galatea". Born in 1962 in Zhdaniv (now Mariupol, Donetsk region, Ukraine), he graduated from the Zhdaniv Metallurgical Institute and the Sloviansk Pedagogical Institute. Since 1984, he has lived in the city of Sloviansk. From that time, his creative work began. Since 2005, he has been participating in art exhibitions, holding personal exhibitions in the cities of Slovyansk, Kramatorsk, Mariupol, and Donetsk. The artist is a mature master of still life and landscape; in his paintings, there is a subtle lyricism of the landscapes of the Nadazov region. Among his works are "Summer Flowers" (2005), "Self-Portrait" (2007), "Winter Morning" (2011), "Native Spaces" (2011), "Autumn Ball" (2012), "Poltava Road" (2015), "Destroyed Life" (2023), "My Childhood Home" (2023), and many others. The artist's works are kept in some museums of Ukraine.
