Tymofii Vasylovych Borodai is a Ukrainian artist, graphic artist. Born in Kyiv in 1946, he created many landscape works. His works were kept in the Directorate of Art Exhibitions of the Ukrainian SSR and were transferred to the Mariupol Museum of Local Lore in the 1970s.

A stylized depiction of the seabed with its inhabitants as if seen through fishing nets. In the center of the composition there is a fishing trawler, which is encircled by a stylized large green fish; overall gray-green background. In the lower right corner - an inscription in the artist’s hand: "T.V. Borodai"; in the lower left corner: 1/3 etching, color print.
