Ivan Yosypovych Krupskyi was a Ukrainian artist, graphic artist, and member of the Union of Soviet Artists of Ukraine (1958). He was born in the village of Malooleksandrivtsi (now Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine) on October 14, 1922. In 1943, he graduated from the Penza Art School, and in 1952 from the Kyiv State Art Institute (the workshop of V. Kasiian). He worked in the field of easel graphics and posters. Krupskyi was a participant in republic (since 1951), all-Union (since 1961), and foreign (since 1965) art exhibitions. His main works include "Everything is Ready - Even if Tomorrow in the Field" (1950), "The House Where the First Conference of Kyiv Komsomol Members Took Place" (1958), the series "Dniprodzerzhynsk" (1960), "Socialist Kyiv" (1961), "Donbas" (1964), and others. Krupskyi lived and worked in Kyiv. He created landscapes, still lifes, and thematic paintings. He died on August 3, 2003 in Kyiv. His works are kept in some museums of Ukraine.
