Viktor Ivanovych Shevchenko was a Ukrainian graphic artist and painter. He was born on March 12, 1934 in the city of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo region. He graduated from the Moscow Polygraphic Institute in 1967. He lived and worked in the city of Sudak (AR Crimea). He was the organizer and first director of the art studio "Sonechko" in Sudak, through which many city artists passed. In 1987 he developed a sketch of the first coat of arms of the city of Sudak. According to some sources, he passed away in 2003 (4), a few months before his 70th birthday.
