Anatolii Ivanovych Sharii is a Ukrainian painter and graphic artist. He was born on November 21, 1936 in the village of Ksheivka, Dnipropetrovsk region. He graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Art School (1964), and the I. Fedorov Lviv Polygraphic Institute (1972). His teachers were H. Cherniavskyi and V. Khitrikov. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1984). He works in the field of easel painting and graphics, mainly in the landscape genre. Honored Artist of Ukraine (2012). His works are presented in museums and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. He lived and worked in Kyiv.

From the lower edge into the depth of the painting, railway tracks lead toward the blue factory buildings. By the buildings, against a fiery background, freight cars stand out. On the right, by a light-colored house, there stands a female track worker.
