Libert Izrailovych Feihin was a Ukrainian graphic artist, member of the Union of Soviet Artists of Ukraine (1964). Born on May 10, 1925 in Kyiv. From 1947 to 1954 he studied at the Kyiv Art Institute. His teachers were O. Pashchenko, V. Kasiian, I. Pleshchynskyi. He worked in the field of easel graphics, mainly in the technique of linocut and watercolor painting. He participated in republic exhibitions starting in 1958, in all-Union exhibitions starting in 1967, and foreign exhibitions starting in 1965. Among his works are a series of drawings dedicated to workers of science and art (1961 to 1970), linocuts - "Darnychanka" (1964), "Towards the Sun" (1966), "Love" (1967), "Look into the Future" (1970), a series of engravings - "Our Contemporary" (1963 to 1970), "Youth of Parents" (1965 to 1970), and others. He died on January 30, 2000 in Kyiv. The artist's works are kept in the National Art Museum, in over 30 museums in Ukraine and Russia, and in private collections in many countries of the world.

In the foreground, against the background of a sea surface flooded with sunlight, there is a bust‑length depiction of young people: a man and a woman. A boy sits on the man’s shoulders, his arms wrapped around the man’s head. The woman, lifting her head, smiles as she looks at the child. Below, under the image, in the artist’s hand there is the inscription: Noon 4/5 (on the left); on the right — signature and date.
