Vytautas Klemka was an artist, graphic artist, sculptor. He was born in 1924 in the village of Ridikiškių, Panemunėlio parish, Rokiškis county. In 1946-1948, he studied at the Kaunas Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts. In 1961-1977, he taught at the S. Zuko Kaunas Technical School of Applied Arts. Klemka created graphic works (linogravure prints, etchings, aquatints, drypoint technique), paintings (oil paintings, watercolors, pastels), and sculptures. Starting in 1953, he participated in exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad. His personal exhibitions were held in Kaunas (1962, 1974, 1976, 1987) and Vilnius (starting in 1977). His works belong to the M.K. Čiurlionis Art Museum, Lithuanian Art Museum, and Rokiškis Regional Museum. He passed away in 1991.
