Item description from the inventory book:
The scene is built progressively: the New Year 1971 in dialogue with a diplomat. In the New Year’s hands there is a sheet labeled "Pan-European Conference." The diplomat throws the sheet into the wastebasket; the New Year pulls it out again. On the right, at the bottom, there is the author's signature: Bid. 71.
