Anatolii Nykanorovych Syvak was a Ukrainian graphic artist. He was born in 1930 in Donetsk. He studied at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (1964-1970). He worked in the genre of bookplates, book graphics, and watercolors. He created 992 bookplates. He was engaged in book illustration. In 1997 he published a miniature book "In Memory of Volodymyr Vysotskyi". He participated in numerous international exhibitions (over 100). He lived and worked in Mariupol. He died in 2001.

In the center there is a building of old architecture. At the lower left the inscription: "RAWICZ 350", on the right — the coat of arms of the town of Rawicz. At the bottom, left to right: "EXLIBRIS DOM KULTUPU RAWICZ". At the bottom center under the image - a signature. At the lower left - the mark: SA.
