Anatolii Nykanorovych Syvak was a Ukrainian graphic artist. He was born in 1930 in Donetsk. He studied at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (1964-1970). He worked in the genre of bookplates, book graphics, and watercolors. He created 992 bookplates. He was engaged in book illustration. In 1997 he published a miniature book "In Memory of Volodymyr Vysotskyi". He participated in numerous international exhibitions (over 100). He lived and worked in Mariupol. He died in 2001.

Item description from the inventory book:
A city street with a high-rise building is in the center. At the top, an inscription on the left: "400 years", on the right: "To Voronezh". At the bottom - an inscription: "From the books of H. Volhin". Below the picture on the right - a signature. On the left a mark: "SA".
