Anatolii Nykanorovych Syvak was a Ukrainian graphic artist. He was born in 1930 in Donetsk. He studied at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (1964-1970). He worked in the genre of bookplates, book graphics, and watercolors. He created 992 bookplates. He was engaged in book illustration. In 1997 he published a miniature book "In Memory of Volodymyr Vysotskyi". He participated in numerous international exhibitions (over 100). He lived and worked in Mariupol. He died in 2001.

In the center — a tombstone on which, in a nest, a stork stands with outstretched wings. Above, the inscription: EXLIBRIS R. CHANDRA. Below the image, in the center, - a signature; on the right, a mark: "SA".
