Yurii Pavlovych Lutskevych was a Ukrainian painter and graphic artist. His teachers by profession were H. Melikhov, V. Puzyrkov, S. Hryhoriev, and M. Derehus. Lutskevych worked in the field of easel painting and graphics. Lutskevych was the first master who witnessed the emergence of a new wave of neo-baroque attempts in modern Ukrainian art of the 20th century.
